True story. When april had to wear her cone-of-shame, the girls in the neighborhood would pity her and show her all sorts of compassion and sympathy (more than the dog could possibly fathom). and the boys thought it was HILARIOUS, invited their friends to come mock the poor animal too.

That makes sense to me. I laughed first after reading dog cone. Am I insensitive or just a standard male? Or are they the same thing? 🙂
