So who exactly jinxed Spring, huh? Lets find that shmoe and pelt him with snow cones. Okay okay, that’s enough of these weather-related comics.. on to other things next week!
Some News:
I added a new convention to my list for 2011– The Philadelphia Comic Con, which is not to be confused with Wizard World Philadelphia. This is a small 1-day convention, but it’s right in my neighborhood and the tables are very cheap if not free. If you’re in the area on April 3rd, try to stop by! Can’t beat $3 admission!
The next Z&F Collection is in the works! That’s right, the next 200 comics plus lots of extras and my own commentary! Will debut in Philly, probably at the Wizard World Comic Con, but if I pound this out as fast as I hope to… maybe even by the April 3rd show! And with that announcement comes, to your left, the return of the Book Progress Meter! woo woo!
I had on my coat and gloves this morning but was driving around sans doors and top on my Jeep on Sunday. I look forward to the spring actually getting started and not sputtering out like it has been.
I keep switching jackets and losing my gloves and I can never tell when the ground is frozen or just mud that’ll end up all over my boots.
We won’t get a spring, it just skips over to summer. Freezing, kinda getting warm, Freezing, kinda getting warm, Freezing, kinda getting warm, … HOT as HELL.
Personally, I don’t think I am going to be completely convinced until about mid summer. Even then I’ll probably keep my winter gear in my car just in case.
that’s a good plan, where I live. One never knows.
That’s about the way March is. Snow, rain, freezing rain, sunny days, freezing nights, just about everything is forecast for this upcoming week.
I grew up in the south and moved to north east Ohio. Now I feel like I’m freezing all the time. On a 90 degree day if a good breeze starts blowing I gotta reach for a comfy hoodie LOL.
The snowbanks are so high and so solid around here, I suspect we’ll be seeing remnants of winter through early June! *sniffle* ….. actually, *SOB* o.O
