Hello again my webcomic reader friends. Just wanted to say I appreciate all of you who migrated over here from drunkduck, and those of you just stumbling upon Z&F from wherever. As a token of this appreciation, I am going to try to update more often like this: IN COLOR.
I do have a load of work to do involving the kids book that recently got a publishing deal- the publisher wants a whole series, so I will be up to my ears in “Abby’s Adventures”. This means I won’t be able to go back to Mon-Wed-Fri updates like I had hoped, my apologies. But enjoy 2x a week color updates!
Also notable: I just worked out a way to attend Webcomics Weekend in Massachusetts. This simple gathering of webcartoonists has grown to quite a sizable event, so I’m glad I won’t be missing it! If you are going, please let me know in your comment. If you want to sign up to go.. well.. I’m afraid they are out of space! You can always try to get on the waiting list though, swing on by here to check it out.
I came back to the computer to check you out in color. Awesome. I think the first to panels woulda been a great comic by itself. I can see you’ve really improved on your colors as I had to have a fix earlier and looked at some of your old colored strips.

Great color strip today! I think Frostbutt is a better term for it anyway. Especially after this winter here in the NE. Damn cold.
WOWWWEE this comic never looked better, hope you keep this up,OH YEAH!!!
Ahhh, colour, natural enemy of penguins and zebras alike. Excellent stuff! 🙂
Carlisle: Thanks, it does take a tad longer to add full color, but I figure it’s worth it. I’m impressed you went digging to find old color comic samples, sheesh!
bullfinch: it HAS been awful cold around here (Philly).. moreso inconsistent- is it spring? is it winter? what the *&^% is goin on? Frostbutt is an awesome word, I agree.
argonASS: wow, thanks! can’t wait to talk to you guys on Friday!
MrErsatz: LOL, where do you come up with this stuff? makes me think.. I should just made Z&F’s costumes B&W.
Great stuff as always. I love your color strips.
