Another old friend from drunkduck.com, Nate Frisoli of C@P Comics/Children at Play surprised me with this fantastic piece! How darling is Fred in his wedding gown? And I love Zorphie’s face when he realizes why the wedding gown is (typically) white… hee hee! Definitely an awesome representation of their characteristics, with stylish and crafted artwork to boot! Thanks Nate!
Nate is very busy in the webcomic community, I remember him being all over drunkduck with contests and games to unite the members there. And you can check out his many many projects, including his long-running comic “Children at Play”, at C@P Comics!

Dawn and Rick, whom the human characters in Z&F are loosely based around, are (finally) getting married after 7 years together, on November 6th, 2010. These terrific guest strips and artwork were submitted as a wedding gift by fellow webcomic creators and readers, using Dawn’s Wedding Guest Art Registry. Dawn.. erm, OKAY, I am very grateful for all the time and effort put into these awesome pieces and plan to include them in a special section of our wedding album. Thank you all SO much … for such a unique wedding experience.. and for feeding my website so I can take a much needed break!
Regular Z&F strips will return on Christmas Day! My holiday gift to you, readers ;0)
Dang, Nate. Really nice work. The style and color comes off really nice.
he does have quite the slick style… I love the angularity (that’s probably not even a word, but you get the idea).
Great Job Nate. I love Zorphbert’s angry look in the last panel. Outstanding.
indeed! I like the way he draws teeth.. simple yet effective.
Thanks for the kind words everyone! I’m glad you like it!
;o) Thanks for being apart of this community effort!!!
Great art style and I am just in love with the coloring. It’s nice and vivid. Great job!
