This one was a bit of a surprise, from twitter friends Jeff Burkholder and Jeremy Bentley, of the fun & rockin’ Ouro Brother and the Neverending Tour. Always a fan of surprises, especially when it involves Fred doing the chicken dance.
We’ve all had a dream we wish we could attain, whether already actively perusing it, or just fantasizing about it for fun. Stan and Balthazar Ouro through caution into the wind and take their musical talents on tour… a never-ending one to be exact. Go be a good groupie and check it out!

Dawn and Rick, whom the human characters in Z&F are loosely based around, are (finally) getting married after 7 years together, on November 6th, 2010. These terrific guest strips and artwork were submitted as a wedding gift by fellow webcomic creators and readers, using Dawn’s Wedding Guest Art Registry. Dawn.. erm, OKAY, I am very grateful for all the time and effort put into these awesome pieces and plan to include them in a special section of our wedding album. Thank you all SO much … for such a unique wedding experience.. and for feeding my website so I can take a much needed break!
Regular Z&F strips will return on Christmas Day! My holiday gift to you, readers ;0)

Dawn, thanks for letting us be a part of this! I hope your human post-nuptial celebration is going well! Congratulations, and best wishes for your homo sapien union!
dare I say it.. but… our wedding was OUT OF THIS WORLD! yay, homo sapiens. Actually, surprisingly.. I have yet to use that term in Z&F… shame on me!
Thanks again for your gift!
Jeremy & Jeff, ya’ll did a great job. Stan and Balthazar are rockin’ it out. They definitely could have asked for a better band to play than the Ouro Brothers…or are they backing up Elle’s Belle’s….nah, I think Elle is backing them up this time. About time she realized who needed to be in the spot light. Ya’ll did an awesome job incorporating your cast into this, and to see Fred do the chicken dance at the end…well that’s just the icing on the cake.
To answer Zorphbert’s question….”as soon as he first bends his arms and flaps them like wings.”
That second sentence should have read “The definitely couldn’t have (Could NOT) have asked for a better band to play than the Ouro Brothers…” Once you submit those comments they are there aren’t they….teach me not to proof read. 🙂
Was kinda wondering there, for a moment, Todd. 😉 Anyway, thanks for the kudos, and thanks again, Dawn for the chance to do this! Congrats!
