Sadly I actually DO remember when this was the pinnacle of excitement. Although It was never at my house, because my mom refused to have video game consoles in the house until my siblings and I pooled all our babysitting/birthday money to buy a nintendo. Needless to say, this was some time after Atari’s peek. Although imagine my shock when I get an email recently telling me Atari took over Champions Online from Cryptic Studios and to sign up for an online Atari account. I think my brain might have broke a little. “Whut? Atari isn’t.. like Pong anymore?”
