I thought it was time to start hitting the hard stuff. Poor Fred, I really am feeling bad for him… and it’s all my fault. I should write in a real kitty tail for him, as a reward.
Announcement (belated):
It came and went so fast I forgot to mention it. Z&F turned 3 years old February 13th. Actually, it’s a tad older than that, but February 13th was the documented first date it was posted online over at drunkduck.com. Sooooo.. it was the birthday of Z&F “The Webcomic”, you could say.
I think Long Island makes better tea than any southern town. 😀
mmmm-mm. is it 5:00 yet?
Lol, poor Fred! I think his internal organs are gonna be in rough shape after this! 😛
hard to imagine what an alien’s internal organs look like… or even if our soft drinks/alcoholic drinks would affect them….
yet, I do still feel bad I’m putting him through this! LOL
Oh, man. I almost forgot! Congrats on 3 years! Great accomplishment. 🙂
Thanks!!
That’s an awesome cake!
George – love. it.
the things you find via google images, I tell ya…
Well Happy Belated Birthday Z&F. Ah, Long Island Ice Tea, that will definitely bring ya down from a Dr. Pepper rush. 🙂 Poor Fred, I don’t think he can take much more of these drink experiments. He’s definitely being a good sport about it. I think I’ve had mornings like that after a late night fueled by Dr. Pepper. My twin brothers in-laws would always set him up with a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper when he was in for his drive back home to keep him awake. It’s become such a tradition that they even gave him a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper for Christmas one year as a joke.
ha ha, funny story! A friend of mine would live off of Dr. Pepper, to pull all-nighters.. until the migraines started. Poor guy.
Ah, from caffeine jokes we go into alcohol jokes!
Nice segue.
had to work it in somehow. We humans drink some jacked-up stuff.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Congrats Dawn and Z&F!! I know it’s a lot of hard work – truly impressive!
why thank you! The kids book series puts quite a strain on Z&F, I remember the old days when I would crank out 3 a week and relax sometimes too… *sigh*
Congratulations on three years (and counting)! That IS some fancy tea. 🙂
fancy-shmancy! Thanks buddy ;0)
It’s a good thing that Long Island Iced Tea came after the Red Bull. Friends don’t let friends drink and grow wings, ya’ know!
Congrats on a very impressive milestone Ms. Griffin! 🙂
Thanks, man. Combining Red Bull and alcohol is nothing new- I have had Red Bull & Vodka before.. it’s pretty good, but kinda weird… in the end, you’re sober still. They cancel each other out, heh.
I can’t remember the last time I had Long Island Ice Tea.
No. Really. I can’t.
And I’d love to forget the hangover the next day, but I can’t.
Really.
LOL! ugh, hangovers are the worse. Only took 1 for me to know my limit, and when to stop. Never doing THAT again. The culprit for me was screwdrivers… lots of ’em… and then 1 rum and coke. To this day rum and coke is a no-no.
Okay, the number one rule in boozing is you *never* mix your drinks. If you’re doin’ beers, don’t chug a rum and coke… you’ll explode. Same drink, all night long, makes for a happier tummy.
Trust me, I know. Of course, I once drank an entire pitcher (*pitcher*) of Vodka Collins all by myself. My roommates thought I’d died I was out so hard. Never doing that again either…
🙂
I know this NOW, just not back in my early college days ;0)
Congratulations on 3 years, Dawn! Looking forward to the Z&F book!
Thanks Rob!!!!
Seems like Fred is developing a drinking problem. Better lay him in the Sun and let him dry out.
I’ll get the clothespins.
Three years, eh? Almost to the day when I drew my first sketch of Bud. Something in the water back then? Or the iced tea? BTW… LOVE sweet tea from the South. It’s the best!
🙂
now I want Tea. Big Girl Tea.
I love tea.
actually order that alien a “15” thats a 7 and 7 for dummies
Imported from Long Island…
