Never been good with romance, crushes, flirting or any of that stuff. I believe I had the same type of reaction to a crush confrontation well into my 20’s.

I’ve never had romantic feelings toward another person. I tend to shy away from romance because I realize it’s not a good idea to become romantically involved with others. I didn’t develop similar feelings until I was 30. There was a woman I met while she was working at some restaurants I frequented. She was really enjoyable to talk to and spend time with. For a while, I was worried that I might be developing a crush on her. Fortunately, however, I was just done in by her charm. I did however reevaluate my psychology and realized that I must be more careful about avoiding romantic and similar feelings.
you sound like me, circa 1999 or so, Rainey. Took me a long time to grow into myself. Luckily, I found someone who likes me for who I am, even if I am an “aquired taste”, for most men. Thank you, internet dating.
I really like the acting in panel 2..
